Recently on a television talk show, a young Hollywood starlet was asked whether she'd ever had any "body work" done. When she scoffed at the very idea, the interviewer pointed out that the starlet was a mere 20 years old and had been extravagantly blessed by nature with near physical perfection. Would she, the interviewer asked, think so little of correcting imperfections had nature not been so kind? The starlet was stunned. Apparently, she never had considered what it might be like to live day in and day out with anything less than a perfect body. That kind of carefree confidence in natural physical perfection is unknown to all but a select handful of people on the planet. Most of us have this or that or the other physical imperfection that we'd love to correct - and with women, the Number One complaint about the bodies fate dealt them is breast size and shape. A woman's self image affects absolutely everything else in her life, playing a huge role in her self-confidence and her happiness - and when she feels unattractive, her confidence and self-esteem plummet. Once upon a time, women had to accept the breasts that nature offered, like it or lump it ... but today, women are flocking to plastic surgeons in droves to give nature a helping hand with breast implants. And why not? It's so easy to change physical dissatisfaction and embarrassment concerning your breasts into pride and confidence. Unlike 20 or 30 years ago, today's procedure and implants are extremely safe, and recovery time is quick. Within a week or two after the surgery, life has returned to normal ... with the exception of how the woman feels about herself. That's so far above what once was "normal" for her that it's off the charts.
